WHAT YOU NEED:
OVER 18 Must have Current Drivers License or State issued ID OR PASSPORT. (MUST BE GOV. ISSUED)
FOR MINORS 13 -18: Legal Gaurdian must be present and have the following documents: Birth certificate of minor and a picture or school ID. Gaurdian and child must both be on the BC. No paper copies will be accepted ONLY OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS
General proceedings
Biolab has a strict age policy and will not pierce anyone under the age of 13 and all minors must have parents present during procedures along with all supporting documents.
Upon arriving to Biolab you will scan the QR code and join the waitlist to check in with the front desk
To make your visit with us as smooth and stress-free as possible, we have implemented a few client screening procedures that we would like to share with you.
We will not pierce anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
We also will not pierce the following:
Client does not have any heart conditions, epilepsy, diabetes, communicable diseases or any other conditions that may impair clients ability or judgment to receive body piercing. Client does not have any physical, mental, medical conditions or any disabilities that might affect the well-being as a direct or indirect result from clients decision to have a body piercing performed at this time
Before entering the work area, all clients will be asked to fill out and complete registration waiver forms. We have to document all services for the STHD records and monitoring as we follow all state health regs.
We kindly ask that if you are feeling unwell or have underlying health conditions, to please refrain from getting pierced at this time.
Please be sure to bring all necessary documentation, including an original birth certificate if you have recently turned 18 and your ID has expired.
We do not accept copies of birth certificates. We will not accept paper copy of ids either. We also have strict guidelines to follow regarding minors 13 and up that are pierced under parents supervision ONLY.
No exceptions. The anatomy of a child is in its final growing stages and placement is our main concern .
For minors, Please obtain all the required documents before coming to the studio. We can not accept digital email copies that may be altered or rendered. Learn more about what docs you will need in order to get your child pierced here

Biolab Studio operates using reliable professional Waitlist software allowing our company to safely and properly serve our demanding clients daily. Our waitlist allows people the privilege of receiving same day services rather than blocking of hourly apt slots . Walk in services offered daily.
Services are rendered on a first come first served basis. Clients register on the waitlist by scanning our QR code on the front door.(clients must be on the property to register for services.)
Waitlisting our services allows us to protect our more vulnerable clients that get skipped during peak hours of service.
No one will be skipped and no one will get removed by our team members unless an issue occurs.

We are operating a safe healthy environment and place the safety of our clients and our artists first and operate under the QR waitlist check in on the front door.
Upon signing up to our waitlist you can then let us know the reason for your visit and we place you next in line. You will recieve a text when it is your turn.
During peak hours you may be asked to wait outside until there is more room inside. We apologize in advanced.

WAITLIST TIPS AND SECRETS TO KNOW:
*If you look at our live view waitlist link located on each page of our website and see that we are not busy and call us to let us know you are on the way; when you get here and now there is 4 people in line, We can not control the waitlist rush times. We don't hold places in line. You still have to wait as we are first come first served.
* If you are signed up waiting in the lobby and you see a client walk in and go straight back to the service area YOU ARE NOT BEING SKIPPED. They already signed in and waited their turn before you arrived and chose to wait outside until their turn on the waitlist.
*If you act out or start yelling and being rude to our team members or our clients, we will blacklist you from our services.
*You can view our LIVE waitlist anytime on our website.
*You don't have to wait in the studio if you choose to wait outside, we will text you conveniently when it's your turn.
*BE SURE TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT SERVICE OPTION because If you sign up for jewelry change only and bypass our waiver forms and change your mind after getting into the service area . You will have to sign back in and complete the waivers before getting pierced . After signing up on the waitlist you will still have to complete registration and waivers . If you are in the system we will pull up your info to make signing in more convenient
Jewelery Sales inside the studio are FIRST COME FIRST SERVED in order of arrival with other clients. Our piercers are the only qualified specialists to handle and deal with your jewelry purchases. Our front receptionist can't leave and go serve you or check you out real quick. If you buy jewelry here you will have to wait your turn. Sorry.
Just want to "look around at our jewelry?"
All services are first come first served, so if you want to browse and look around we can not tend to your needs or questions out of turn of the other clients. You have to wait your turn to get service or questions answered or compare jewelry sizes, quick change outs, putting jewelry back in. All of these require our professional jewelry specialist to answer all your questions and fit your specific needs .
