We get busy at different times of the day! We have to have a system in place that allows us to attend to clients on a first come first served basis.
Our waitlist allows us to tend to clients as they arrive in order and not skip or overlook any clients in the lobby. No appointments can be made as we guarantee same day services here. (if signed up on time to waitlist before closing)
We have composed a few helpful tips and things to know before arriving to the studio.
To make your visit with us as smooth and stress-free as possible, we have implemented a few client screening procedures that we would like to share with you.
Upon arrival, you will be asked to scan a code on the door to add yourself to our waitlist. It will forward you to our waivers.You will then be asked to wait outside or in the lobby until we text you that we are ready for you. (we have limited seating available ) Please note that all clients limit your company to one due to limited space to keep everyone safe while in the studio.
Before entering the work area, all clients will be asked to fill out and complete registration waiver forms. We kindly ask that if you are feeling unwell or have underlying health conditions, to please refrain from getting tattooed or pierced at this time.
For piercing services, please be sure to bring all necessary documentation, If piercing a minor 13 and up including an original birth certificate if you have recently turned 18 and your ID has expired. We do not accept copies of birth certificates. We will not accept paper copy of ids either. We also have strict guidelines to follow regarding minors that are pierced under parents supervision ONLY. No exceptions.For minors, Please obtain all the required documents before coming to the studio. We can not accept digital email copies that may be altered or rendered. Biolab Studio operates using reliable professional Waitlist software allowing our company to safely and properly serve our demanding clients daily. Our waitlist allows people the privilege of receiving same day services rather than blocking off hourly apt slots . Walk in services offered daily. Now with 3 full time piercers on staff to cut down the long waitlist times we had in the past.
Services are rendered on a first come first served basis. Clients register on the waitlist by scanning our QR code on the front door.(clients must be on the property to register for services.)
Waitlisting our services allows us to protect our more vulnerable clients that get skipped during peak hours of service.
No one will be skipped and no one will get removed by our team members unless an issue occurs. If you do not sign up on the waitlist .You will not be called up for service.
Signing in using our QR Code
We are operating a safe healthy environment and place the safety of our clients and our artists first and operate under the QR waitlist check in on the front door. Upon signing up to our waitlist you can then let us know the reason for your visit and we place you next in line. You will recieve a text when it is your turn.
If we are busy you may be asked to wait outside until there is more room inside. We apologize in advanced.

WAITLIST TIPS AND SECRETS TO KNOW:
VIEW OUR WAITLIST LIVE during hours of operation on any front page of our website by clicking the link View waitlist *If you look at our live view waitlist link and see that we are not busy and call us to let us know you are on the way and when you get here there is 4 people in line now, We can not control the waitlist rush times. We don't hold places in line. It does not help calling us asking what the waitlist line looks like because at the time it may be slow and when we hang up 3 cars of 6 clients will show up at once .
* If you are signed up waiting in the lobby and you see a client walk in and go straight back to the service area YOU ARE NOT BEING SKIPPED. They already signed in and waited their turn before you arrived and chose to wait outside until their turn on the waitlist.
*If you act out or start yelling and being rude to our team members or our clients, we will blacklist you from our services.
*You can view our waitlist anytime on our website front page button link.
*You don't have to wait in the studio if you choose to wait outside we will text you conveniently when its your turn.
*BE SURE TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT SERVICE OPTION because If you sign up for jewelry change only and bypass our waiver forms and change your mind after getting into the service area . You will have to sign back in and complete the waivers before getting pierced . After signing up on the waitlist you will still have to complete registration and waivers . If you are in the system we will pull up your info to make signing in more convenient.
*Jewelery Sales inside the studio are FIRST COME FIRST SERVED in order of arrival with other clients. Our piercers are the only qualified specialists to handle and deal with your jewelry purchases. Our front receptionist can't leave and go serve you or check you out real quick. If you buy jewelry here you will have to wait your turn. Sorry.
We also reserve the right to refuse service to clients that abuse our services,slander our business, or create problems in the waiting lobby. Permanent ban from the studio can result from violating studio waitlist policies.
Biolab Studio has a strict age policy, not piercing anyone under 13 and minors must have parental presence.
BE SURE YOU HAVE ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS needed to obtain services ..
Biolab does not pierce anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol or with specific health conditions. Completing registration waiver forms is required, and those feeling unwell or with underlying health conditions are asked not to visit.
Proper documentation and requirements are important, and Biolab's jewelry features Titanium and Gold.
We specialize in Anatomy and Jewelry placement, prioritize proper aftercare procedures. Biolab Studio prioritizes safety and efficiency.
