Policy on Jewelry Purchased Outside Our Studio
For your safety, we do not pierce with outside jewelry.
Please be advised that we cannot assume any liability for jewelry not purchased at our studio.
As we are unable to verify the integrity or quality of jewelry that has not been acquired through our studio, we must ensure that all jewelry used for piercings meets our strict standards.
If you bring in jewelry from another company or brand that we also carry, it must be sealed in its original packaging. No exceptions will be made.
Additionally, if you request us to replace or insert jewelry that you provide and it becomes damaged or breaks during the process, we cannot be held responsible. This service is performed at your own risk.
We only use certified Gold and Titanium from trusted brands in the industry. We have to be sure the clients health and safety remain paramount. If you bring your own jewelry in to us we will not be responsible for replacing or fixing anything that goes wrong while trying to work with your jewelry. Although we will not do your initial piercing with outside mystery metal ,we will help you get your healed piercing jewelry in safely.
