We operate as a bustling piercing studio with exceptionally high demand for our services in Houston. The scarcity of professional piercing in the area has led to a surge in clients seeking our expertise, as we frequently encounter poorly executed and flawed piercings from various locations within the Houston metroplex.
As a result, our wait times can become extended, especially during peak hours. To address this, we have instituted protocols to guarantee that every client receives our full and undivided attention, regardless of the specific services they are seeking upon arrival.
These regulations represent uncharted territory for us as we adapt to the increased volume of daily services that need to be streamlined within our facility. Please read carefully if you plan to visit our studio.

Waitlist procedures etc.
Biolab Studio operates using reliable professional Waitlist software allowing our company to safely and properly serve our demanding clients daily. Our waitlist allows people the privilege of receiving same day services rather than blocking of hourly apt slots . Walk in services offered daily.
Services are rendered on a first come first served basis. Clients register on the waitlist by scanning our QR code on the front door.(clients must be on the property to register for services.)
Waitlisting our services allows us to protect our more vulnerable clients that get skipped during peak hours of service.
No one will be skipped and no one will get removed by our team members unless an issue occurs.
Signing in using our QR Code
We are operating a safe healthy environment and place the safety of our clients and our artists first and operate under the QR waitlist check in on the front door.
Upon signing up to our waitlist you can then let us know the reason for your visit and we place you next in line. You will recieve a text when it is your turn.
During peak hours you may be asked to wait outside until there is more room inside. We apologize in advanced.

OUR LIVE WAITLIST CAN BE VIEWED AT ANYTIME ON ANY PAGE OF OUR WEBSITE
*If you look at our live view waitlist link located on each page of our website and see that we are not busy and call us to let us know you are on the way; when you get here and now there is 4 people in line, We can not control the waitlist rush times. We don't hold places in line. You still have to wait as we are first come first served.
* If you are signed up waiting in the lobby and you see a client walk in and go straight back to the service area YOU ARE NOT BEING SKIPPED.
They already signed in and waited their turn before you arrived and chose to wait outside until their turn on the waitlist.
*If you act out or start yelling and being rude to our team members or our clients, we will blacklist you from our services.
*You can view our LIVE waitlist anytime on our website.
*You don't have to wait in the studio if you choose to wait outside, we will text you conveniently when it's your turn.
*BE SURE TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT SERVICE OPTION because If you sign up for jewelry change only and bypass our waiver forms and change your mind after getting into the service area . You will have to sign back in and complete the waivers before getting pierced . After signing up on the waitlist you will still have to complete registration and waivers and return to the end of the line .
Jewelery Sales inside the studio are FIRST COME FIRST SERVED in order of arrival with other clients. Our piercers are the only qualified specialists to handle and deal with your jewelry purchases. Our front receptionist can't leave and go serve you or check you out real quick. If you buy jewelry here you will have to wait your turn. Sorry.
Just want to "look around at our jewelry?"
All services are first come first served, so if you want to browse and look around we can not tend to your needs or questions out of turn of the other clients that have been waiting .
You have to wait your turn to get service or questions answered or compare jewelry sizes, quick change outs, putting jewelry back in. All of these require our professional jewelry specialist to answer all your questions and fit your specific needs . We can try to prioritize these jewelry only sales in between sterilization when we can but we can't promise an actual wait time on jewelry purchases.
KIDS INSIDE THE STUDIO..
We have a age limit of 13 years old and up and only service minors accompanied by an adult.We have technicians working and do not need the distractions or outbursts while we are performing our work duties.
PLEASE LEAVE THE LITTLE ONES AT HOME OR WITH SOMEONE WHILE YOU VISIT.
Biolab Studio has a strict age policy, not piercing anyone under 13 and minors must have parental presence.

Biolab does not pierce anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol or with specific health conditions. Completing registration waiver forms is required, and those feeling unwell or with underlying health conditions are asked not to visit.
Proper documentation and requirements are important, and Biolab's jewelry features Titanium and Gold.
We specialize in Anatomy and Jewelry placement, prioritize proper aftercare procedures, and clients can contact us for further information. Biolab Studio prioritizes safety and efficiency.
